Association CEOs join government body studying effects of robotics on different industries Spear, Garfield The U.S. Department of Transportation named two trade group CEOs—Chris Spear of the American Trucking Associations and Dean Garfield of the Information Technology Industry Council—to a new advisory committee on automation.
